I love lifting weights :)

I think I'm pretty happy with the changes I've made to my program. I didn't feel very strong today, I've been really sore all over all week now :) I think my form suffered a little today. Went and saw X-men III today since I love the first 2, it was awesome!!!

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Chest - Shoulders - Back - Biceps - Forarms-

8 min. cardio (rowing) 2 min. warm up; 4 min. HIIT; 2 min. cool off. 20 & 10 sec. intervals. I like this much better as my warm up than my old regular 10 min. cardio :)

-(UD)...(DB)Bench Press (6 sets total; 1st=12lbs=12reps; 2nd=15lbs=8reps; 3rd=12lbs=10reps; 4th=20lbs=6reps; 5th=12lbs=8reps; 6th=25lbs=4reps)
-Seated Machine Fly (3 sets; 50-60lbs; 12-8 reps)
-(SS)...(DB)Front Shoulder Raise alternating with (DB) Lateral Raise (3 sets each; 10-15lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Seated Cable Rows (4 sets; 55-100lbs; 12-6 reps)
-(DB)Standing Bicep Curl (4 sets; 12-25lbs; 12-4 reps)
-(DB)Incline Bench Curl (3 sets; 12-20lbs; 12-3 reps)
-(BB)Wrist Curls (3 sets; 20-25lbs; 12-6 reps)
