I feel MUCH better today!!!

Thanks to all the great support and advice you guys give me, I finally pulled myself out of the selfpitty hole I sat in once again LOL. Turns out I fooled myself into thinking my diet is perfect again. WRONG! I haven't been writing anything down lately, so I sat down today and tried to remember what I had yesterday and the day before. I was wayyyyy over in fat and calories, probably at least for 2 weeks. That explains it!!! Next time I will get all my facts straight before I complain :) So even though I was eating healthy foods, the amount was all off. I will keep track every day now. That should fix things :-)

Todays target muscle groups:
-legs & calfs-

10 min cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up

target muscle stretching

-Ball Wall Squat (3 sets; 10-16lbs; 15 reps)
-Ball Hamstring Kickback (3 sets; BW; 15 reps per leg)
-Ball Outer Thigh Raises (3 sets; BW; 15 reps per leg)
-Single Leg Calf Raises (2 sets; BW; 15 reps per leg)
-Calf Raises on Leg Press Machine (4 sets; 140-200lbs; 15-10 reps)
-Lunges (3 sets; BW; 15 reps per leg)
