I feel like I am doing great this week.

Today's work out (straight from the FreeTrainer.com Exercise Program:

4 sets of 20 Flat Bench Presses @ 30 lbs
4 sets of one leg calf raises (12-12-10-10)
30 minute bike ride

Got a bicycle for Christmas and I have been riding it for about 30 minutes a day. I am soooo out of shape! With all of the hills around here, I am getting a serious leg workout along with the cardio.
