I feel guilty....
Today is Tuesday, which means I haven't been to the gym in 4 days. I know this is my week off, but I really miss doing weights. The only good thing is NO CARDIO, I deffinately do not miss that :) However, I have been working really hard in my yard (spring clean up), so I'm still pretty active. I hope it won't be to hard to start going again after having all this free time. I already set up my new program.
