I feel great lots of energy and excited

Today was much better then yesterday I do cardio for 15 min @ recomended heart rate to get a good warm up. I then worked on shoulders doing a Machine press and machine lateral raises. Those were a bit tricky but I think with a bit more practice should have them down. I felt pretty weak in the shoulders, just couldn't complete the last 2 sets. Will need to work up to it. So far the shoulders feel good and not sorness yet.

The it was off to the calves I was able to complete all the sets and reps I was very proud of myself and boy did I feel the burn. They were a bit twitchy at the end compaird to my shoulders, maybe I was doing shoulders wrong...

Then it was back for some cardio 20 min worth and recomended heart rate. I feel good and tomarrow is my rest day and back at it on Thursady. Can't wait to see whats next!
