I Feel Great, And It's An Odd Feeling

The weekend was really nice. We went to Raleigh to the NC Museum and checked out the Matisse and Picasso exhibit. But there was only one VanGogh. That disappointed me, but other than that it was cool.
Anyway, I have felt great in the gym lately. the time I'm there I have a real drive to go at it as hard as I can. I bumped up the weights a good bit on some chest and back exercises. But here are a couple of days on one entry:
Saturday
Warm Up 5 min 4mph with 2% grade
Lying Tricep Extension: 45X12 45X11 55X8 55X6
Dips Behind Back: 12 12 8 6
Standing 2 Hand Cable Curls: 50X12 55X12 60X10 65X7
Machine Bicep Curls: 40X9 30X11 35X8 35X7
I felt like my arms were going to blow up. It was really pretty darn cool.
25 minutes on treadmill: Alpine course, 9.5% max grade, 3.8 mph
Monday
The place was PACHED at NOON! Probably due to the MLK holiday.
Usual Warm Up
DB Squats: 20X12 25X12 30X10 35X8 (seriously underestimated here, need to do more. Just trying to get the form down.)
Seated Hamstring Curl: 80X12 95X12 110X10 125X8
Twisting Crunch: 15 14
Verticle Bench Crunches: 15 11
Lying Leg Raises: 15 15
25 minutes on treadmill Forest Walk 10% grade 3.8 mph
