I Did More

I am quite happy about yesterday's workout. I did either more reps per exercise or more weight.
Warm Up
Bench: 12X95, 10X105, 7X105, 4X115,7X95
DB Press: 12X20
DB Shoulder Press: 12X17.5, 6X22.5, 5X22.5, 5X22.5, 9X17.5
DB Front Raise: 10X12.5
Wide Grip PDs: 12X100, 10X110, 8X110,6X120, 12X90
Seated Rows: 7X90
Tri Push Downs: 12X40, 10X50, 8X50, 6X60, 7X50
Assisted Dips: 3
BB Curls: 12X30, 10X40, 8X40, 6X50, 12X40
Hammer Curls: 12X10
Sure, I'm not the strongest guy in the room, but it did feel good to do more.
