I did it!

To start off i have not been too good at recording lately. I had an excellent workout last friday but did not record :( Hopefully at some point i;ll get time to go back and add a log for it. Some excellent numbers for me! Monday i did not workout due to taking my son to some school thing. Threw my schedule off. I'm bummed but I'll live.
That all said i weighed myself and finally made it past 75 pounds! I am a total of 248.8. 76 Down from 324 when i started last September.
