I completed my first week!

I feel great, was a little sore this week but I made sure I took the two days off and only kept active through walking my dogs and swimming. I have the versatility of working out in two gyms....and the machines are different too. I make sure I warmup before each day of exercise with 10 minutes, level 8, manual setting on an eliptical machine...which usually burns around 120 calories. I also had to improvise on some of the machines or exercise, but try to work the specified muscle. On to another week!!
