"I am really motivated today! Woah!"

Today's workout was strenous because I did legs. Legs always wear me out. I may need a little more time at the gym. 2.5 hours perhaps. Also, I may need to eat a little more especially something heavy so as not to get light headed. I didn't finish my entire workout today. missed abs and the calves. Hopefully I will get back into it again the way I was before.
