I am getting stronger
dumbell incline: 5.25x12 ; 7.75x12 ; 7.75x10 ; 7.75x10 (2 weeks ago I could only do 8 reps with 7.0Kg )
flat bench DB fly: 4x12 ; 7x10 ; 7x10
front db raises: 1.25x12 ; 2x12 ; 2x10 ; 2x10
seated lateral raises: 1.25x12 ; 2.5x11 ; 2.5x9 ; 2.5x9
seated overhead db extension: 2.5x12 ; 5.25x12 ; 5.75x10 ; 6.25x10 only got fatigued on last set
lying cross face triceps extension: 2.5x12 ; 3.75x12 ; 3.25x10 ; 3.25x10 had to drop weight to get near my target reps - wasn't sure whether to do this or to just do fewer reps
hanging obliques(improvised) 10 ; 10
lying front kicks 10 ; 10
