Hungry!

Following a very low calorie diet (shakes etc) and really struggling with it at the moment. Started going to the gym three times a week and doing a step class tomorrow. Don't quite think I'm eating enough, 600 calories a day on the diet, plus the exercise, well I am now feeling very hungry.

Maybe a little more to eat on gym days may make it better.
