Night three at the luxurious Tulfarris golf resort :O)
Today - ran 5K this morning, 18 holes golf this afternoon
Yesterday - chest/tris/shoulders, 18 holes golf
Diet is absolutely atrocious, but I'm on holiday, so what the hell!
Not sure whether to go for high protein but high fat fried bacon/eggs/sausage breakfast or high complex carb but low protein muesli/cereal or toast breakfast
Managing plenty of protein otherwise - foie gras followed by steak last night!
