hmmmmm. did i say I was going to post my diet. lol

I do have a confession to make. I dont really keep up with calorie/fat/prot/carbs because I have been doing weight watchers and i keep track of points. On the boards i see some good posts and some bad posts about it but im not really sure how i feel about the program yet. before the holidays i started it for the first time and i went to the meetings and i can honestly say it was the best thing that i did. I finally kept track of what went in my mouth and realized how much fast food and overeating i was doing. I lost almost 15lbs in about 8 weeks. however, after the 1st of the year i slide off of it a little. I put on maybe 2lbs but i was still eating a lot better without even thinking about it. I believe this is what got me back into exercising. This is the first time in a few years that i have been religous about going to the gym. My body is slowly remembering what it was like to be fit. my arms are getting tighter and my chest is getting pumped up. It so exciting!!!!When I drop about another 20lbs i will post the before and after pics. and amy people might think we are sisters, lol(but i think you got me beat with the number of tats)

So forgive me on posting weight watchers points but i will slowly get into the calorie/fat/carb/protein tracking. But one step at a time :)
breakfast:7:30am
lean waffle w/ a tbsp of natural peanut butter 2.5pts
snack 10:30
1 cup of carrots 0pts

noon went to the gym for 15min of hiit (elliptical)

lunch 1:30
cola chicken(2.75oz) and mashed potatoes (1/2 cup) 8pts
green beans 0pts
ff jello 0pts

went to the gym at 5:30 and did legs/calves. I have a bad left knee somedays squats are ok to do. today wasnt one of those days. :(

dinner:6:30
1 cup of chili 5pts w/ ff cheese ff sourcream. 1 serving of light tort. chips. 2pts. and 1/4 cup of ff refried beans 2pts.

had a cup of coffee w/ skim milk.
