I had an OK workout today. My shoulders aren't sore at all even though I worked them hard yesterday. Hmmmm,.... I did Dumbbell Lunges for the first time today and I think someone will need to carry me around tomorrow, hurts like heck already. I was tired and definately not bursting with energy, but again I SCORE for going even though I wasn't feeling like it:-)
