Here we go again!

Since I've been a slug for the past couple of months and will be starting the WSSC challenge next week, I decided it might be wise to start changing my eating habits now and also try out the routines just to get my body used to exercising again......

Breakfast - 6 egg whites
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
oh and can't forget the pot of coffee! lol

Exercises for today - 10 warmup reps each of narrow, regular and wideleg stance squats.

I didn't go heavy on the weights today, just decided to concentrate on form instead.

DB squats - 10lbs. each DB 15, 12, 10, 8
Sumo squats - (LOVE these!) 10 lbs. on barbell 12, 10, 8
Sissy squats - (NOT for sissies is more like it!) just bodyweight 12, 10, 8
Front squats - 10 lbs. on barbell 12, 10, 8

Stretching exercises to finish, followed by a protein shake and daily vitamins.
