Here we go

So this is new to me. Im giving weight training a go for the first time. I used to be very active and play a lot of football. But over the last 3 years my activity levels have dropped and so has my fitness. I recently had a gym induction and now im going to give it a go. I have always been the "skinny guy" and whilst my arms do still look like matchsticks, I'm slowly developing a bit of a belly. I'm not looking to become the worlds strongest man but certainly want to see a difference and I'm hoping it will also improve a dip in a mental health as well. So here we go.
