No real stranger to lifting weight but have never got as much out of it as I wanted to and, in the last 2 years I've really let myself go. I'm 58 years old now so this isn't going to be easy! 
I'll post up a photo today on day 1. It won't be pretty but it will serve to remind me as time goes on.
Bit disappointed that the workout I've posted into my calendar doesn't start until Monday (it's now Wednesday). I'll see if there's a way to change it and if not, I'll make up some routines whilst I'm waiting for Monday to arrive. 
I'm kicking the protein shakes this time. Going to see if it's possible to get the body I want just through exercise and sensible healthy eating.
