Happy New Year Chest and Tris Today

Happy New Year to you all.

After a long break I have started to log my work outs today. I have cleaned up my diet, I have a good work out plan (I think) and I am now ready for the new year.

Chest
Machine Fly's 12/25, 8/35, 6/45 (kg)
Barbell Bench Press 12/70, 8/80, 6/90 (lbs)
Dumbbell Fly's 12/20, 8/24, 6/28 (kg)

Triceps
Behind the back dips elevated feet 15, 15, 15
Machine pull downs 12/25,4/35, 6/25 (kg) Found this hard, had to go back down a weight
Dumbbell Kick backs 12/8, 8/9, 6/10 (kg)

I had a good clean breakfast at 07:30am Oats and protein shake. Workout at 11:00am with protein drink straight after workout.

Please let me know if you think this is OK or if any improvements can be made.
