I hope I don't look back on this log a year from now and find that I've made no progress.
I've been working out pretty regularly and have seen some gains. However, there hasn't been any type of science to my program and I've avoid doing ab work like the plague. Hopefully having a program that forces me to address this area will help me see some gains.
So, putting my stake in the sand. I currently weigh 255 pounds. I have a 50 inch chest and a 40 inch waist. I want to get my waist down to 36 inches, improve my 'cut' and maintain my strength.
