Great LEG day!

I had another day where I wanted to push myself to the limit, got there on most of the exercises with good form. (Mutt, I do not feel more hungry today, it seems to be the same as yesterday (cardio day), but I'll keep paying attention to it). However I have noticed that I'm more hungry on Mondays. I think that's because my cheat day is on Sundays:)

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Glutes - Calfs-

10 min. cardio (stair climber) warm up

-Single Leg Presses (4 sets per leg; 70-120lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Inner Thigh Machine (4 sets; 80-110lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Outer Thigh Machine (4 sets; 60-90lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Single Leg Hamstring Kickback (4 sets; 30-60lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on Leg Press (4 sets per leg; 120-200lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Ball Wall Squat (3 sets; 30-40lbs; 10-8 reps)
