Great chest workout today

Today my workout partner ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! My last couple workouts I showed up at 5am and he fell asleep on the sh*tter literally. So I had to workout alone.

Barbell Incline Bench Presses
12x155 7x175 5x175 5x175
I had assist on the last set last rep.

Dumbell Flat Bench Presses
12x65 6x75 5x75 4x75
I had assist on the last two sets last rep.

Dumbell Incline Presses
12x50 6x60 7x60 5x65
Not sure what happen on the first set, but caught second wind on the last 2 sets and even increased the weight. I kept my rest time between sets around 1 minute.

That's all I did. I kept my rest time very low between sets giving this workout a 10 out 10. My chest couldn't do anymore work at the end of it.
