Gotta start somewhere

Ok i dont like training logs or writing to begin with much but i've read from multiple places thats its a good thing. So i am going to try to do a log at least after every lift day.

Close Grip Machine Pulldowns 12x120,9x120,10x100,8x100
Seated Machine Row 12x180,12x180,10x180,8x180
Seated Dumbbell Presses 11x45,8x40,10x30,8x30
Standing Lateral Raises 14x15,12x15,11x15,8x15
Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals 14x15,12x10,10x10,8x10
Barbell Preacher Curls 12x45,12x45,10x45,8x45
Reverse Barbell Curls 12x45,12x35,10x35,8x35
Crunches 10x0,10x0

Felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder during pulldowns and presses. Lowered the weight in my pulldowns so i don't hurt anything.
