good/bad day

I did 25 mins on the elip today as well as leg workouts. I am a little embarrsed by the low reps of core work i can do so i have kind of advoide them all together. Well that is not going to do anything to help me get stronger so tomorrow i will start to work out my core. I figure i have to start somewhere or i will not start at all:)
