Good work-out but bad start to the day

Didn't have any breakfast and this morning was kind of rushed. However, had a good work-out but need to make sure I don't do that again.

ab ball crunch & bicylce kicks: 3 x 15
ab machine crunch: 8x25/12x20/16x15

pec dec: 8x25/12x20/16x15
chest press: 8x40/12x35/16x30
flies: 8x7/12x6/16x5

curls: 8x7/12x6/16x5
hammer: 8x7/12x6/16x5
21s: 4kg

Started off doing machine curls but no matter what my seat position didn't feel the movement was fluid so I went to db curls. My gym is all machines and sometimes I feel I'm not getting the same benefit from them. Don't know whether it's just me. After November I'll go back to my free weights gym and that'll make me happy!
