Going to the Gym at 12:30, before I go to work.

Like I said going to the gym today at 12:30, hour and half before I have to be at work. Taking a log with me to record it all. Got up this morning thinking maybe I won't start this today but I am in a better frame of mind now that I am up and had my coffee. I started my DHEA again today, 15 MG to start off with. I haven't taken them in about 2 weeks and I can tell my moods are not in everyone best interest LOL. Also took a multi today with an extra b complex. Sugar level is at 168 right now and I know with the exercise and diet I can also get that back under control. Noticed that with watching my sugar intake for the last few days that I have been diving without warning. That is a scarey feeling. Yesterday was a real bad one but Ron was there to help me with it. I have to carry my sugar kit with me all the time now that it is so up and down. I can get it down when it is up, but I have finding that I am in trouble when it dives. Going to stop by the drugstore on the way to the gym and pick up some glucose tablets for those problems like I had yesterday. Breakfast seems to be a problem for me, I don't seem to be hugary in the moring but I have always been that way. It was so much easier when Ron was making the egg whites and oatmeal for me. He is working days now so I guess that is just another thing that I am going to have to force my self to do. Settled on a smoothie for breakfast this morning. I have my snacks (those great new 100 calorie treats they have come out with) Have to crave the hunger when it does finally hit me. Also using those great frozen dinners for the calorie counters of the world. I really don't want to build alot of muscle this time so I am not going over board on the protien drinks. In fact I will probally not use them unless I get one when I am at the gym. Well good luck to me today, Thanks everyone for the nice welcome back you gave me.
