Goals for 1st Quarter 2006

Would like to start compiling a list of milestone goals as I continue to workout and eat better. Here are my initial goals that I would like to achive by March 1, 2006:

* Exercise 3-4 times a week.
* Perform 50 pushups non-stop
* Perform 100 situps (not crunches) non-stop
* Run a mile in 10 minutes.
* Lose approximately 25 lbs. (go from about 254 to 230 )
