GEtting prepared!
For those of you who don't know I really want to get into FL Department of Corrections as part of my lifestyle getting fit change....yes I have made up my mind and spoken with some relatives who do it as well as friends and friends of friend...so trying to up my cardio a little which Is WHY I FEEL GREAT ABOUT MY CARDIO ONLY DAY!
YES EVEN WITH SQUAT DOMS HERE COMES THE CARDIO:
Wednesday I do cardio and abs only:
I AM SO PROUD OF THIS: 15 mins HIIT training NO BREAK AT ALL intervaled 1 min times lvl2, lvl6, lvl 10 on elliptical
supposed to do crunch punches as per WSSC but I did decline bench crunches 3 sets 15 with 25lb plate holding 2 count at top of rep
