Getting over the hump...

Squats, 1 warm up set of 7 with bar
2 sets 15x95 -- My rest between sets was quicker--my partner stepped in right behind me and moved at a good pace. I keep thinking (when I'm not at the gym) that I should add more weight to the bar, but when I'm working I'm thinking I need to continue focusing on my form, which I think is as good as it is going to get with a bar across my back. Besides, my partner will try to do whatever I am doing and her form is not there yet, although I can she she is really improving.

Static lunge superset with 2 pt. dumbbell row w/elbow out:
2 sets 15 (each leg/arm), 25's for the lunges, 30 for the rows. The last couple of reps on the rows are pretty tough, so I may just stick with 30 lbs. for at least one more workout.

Push-ups superset with swiss ball crunches:
2 sets, 15 reps each set of push-ups, 20x8 for crunches
Again, first set of pushups: 10 reg, 5 girlie; 2nd set 5 reg and 10 girlie! I'll get there, I know.

We had time for 27 minutes on the stationary recumbent bike. Would have used the treadmill but the only two that were available were out of order, so, not available after all. Good news is I'm done for the day! Yea!

Food: oatmeal, eggs and my morning Starbucks (grande brewed, black) as I type.
