Getting into better shape!

Day 1 of my personal challenge done!

First, let me start off with an introduction. My name is Michelle, I'm 19 years old and I'm a digital artist as well as a videogamer. I spend a lot of my time sitting infront of a computer, which means I get little to no exercise. This is what I aim to change.

I currently weigh 55kg, I'm 164cm tall so my BMI is 20,4. I have no real goal when it comes to the numbers as I'm pretty pleased with my current weight, however I'm not so fond of my current mass of baby fat and lack of muscles. Thus I'm going to start exercising, wohoo! xD

I started my day off with a wee bit cardio by walking and jogging on a treadmill for 10 minutes, and then I followed the "At home workout plan" thingy. I'm thinking I should make cardio exercise into something I do daily, and the other workoutplan every other day or so, perhaps even more often than that. Let me know if I'm being unhealthy. xD

Anyway, I won't weigh myself until a month has passed. 'Tis because I absolutely adore the element of surprise. Wish me luck, and feel free to contact me if you want a workout-partner. :)

    I think that's perfect for you. I sit alot too. So I think moving is the most important. I set up cardio everyday and will wotk out 3x a week. Good luck!
