Getting back in shape

I used to be quite a sports person at college... but work-life began and I got kind of lazy.... now I'm getting back in track.

I've been swimming once or twice a week for the last month, and I started hitting the gym a week ago.

My short-term goal? Lose 2 Kg (how many pounds is that??) by the end of february.
My long-term goal? Stay fit, healthy and strong!
