getting back in it

So im trying to get back into working out after a 4 yr break, 68" weighing 195 is not a good look on me. I have made several attempts in the past to get back in this but my job has me travel often so it rarely lasts more then a month before i fall into bad habits. Im hoping that keeping up a flog will give me some accountability positve and negative to keep me on track. It seems my wife is really on board with my goals and trying to cook better for me. I want to get back down to around 150's like when i was training for CCT so that is my goal. I got done working out today and i feel alright, my tri's are still sore from last friday. I like the sore feeling but i seem to get a little too sore. Like my elbows hurt when i bed them. I just did bi's and back but im never happy with the smaller weights. I never really get a good soreness from the curls but i work just about until failure. 10 reps, same wieght, and 3 sets. I just stumbled across this website so i got my calender set up for 5 days a week and will be starting tomarrow. Oh, yea, im only taking a pre work out (currnetly nano vapor and about to get some no explode from a friend) i got some roxy lean that ive had for a while so while i workout in the morning, in the after noon to keep the burn going i will take it. Other then that im gonna try and take some fish oil but do to finacial constrants, i prolly cant buy anymore sups then that. I want this to work so wish me luck.
