Good day. The garden work was productive. My mid back feels much better. I went a bit heavier on my workout. We head for the boat tomorrow. I'll skip the canoe this weekend because I think that's how I tweaked my back. We'll fast walk 5 miles both days. My shoulder seems to be responding to the anti inflammatory script so maybe I'll dodge the rotator cuff surgery. All in all, a pretty good week.
