Full Body and Cardio
Not exercised for the passed 2 days.
Missed my Tuesday workout so have to make it up on Sunday.
Full body was done in quick time from 6.40 to 7.15 like literally 35 mins. I should keep this is up. Another improvement I will make is to print the exercises as my phone is a distraction.
Treadmill was productive.
Maintained a constant speed of 3.9kph for 25 mins. About 229 calories burnt and 1.6 km covered
