fridays workout

well the week did not go perfect but i did get my 3 weight lifting sessions. was hoping to working im 45 mins of jogging somewhere but did not make it. Weight is going back down slowly. Another 3 pounds and i'll get back to my low point and able to break new ground again. Had no idea the summer would be this darn busy.

Did a good workout on friday but left the details at work. Overall i did the following exercises

Assisted Wide grip pullups
Tricep Machine Extensions
DB kickbacks
Hanging leg lifts
crunches

Was a good workout and abs were real sore on sat.
