friday week 7

Well made it through my 7th week of this cycle. starting to look forward to that week off and plan what my focus will be next cycle. I'm thinking legs...

Leg Extensions 12x30, 12x70, 12x90, 12x110
Seated Hamstring Curl 12x30, 12x90, 12x110, 12x130
Machine Standing Calf Raises 12x100, 12x240, 12x250, 12x280
Oblique Crunch on Hyperextension Platform 10x0, 10x10
Leg Raises 10x0, 10x0

an ok workout but feel i should have pushed a bit more. Its just that every exercise was increase in numbers over what FT was showing my last set was. Maybe my legs were just strong today?
