Friday, last day of 8 week programTriceps, biceps & abs.

4 sets tricep cable pushdowns
4 sets dumbell kickbacks

4 sets bb preacher curls
4 sets db preacher curls

2 sets seated leg tucks
2 sets hanging machine leg raises

30 min on the e machine.

Finished 8 week program "Weight loss & Definition" Must say it works. Trained 5 days per week in the am dropped 7%bf and dropped 9 pound. Ate 5 times per day, always clean food. I will take a 2 day break and srat another program on Monday.
