Friday > DAY 5 > WEEK 1 of 4 month challenge
I had the worst work-day in years!!! Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong, I was in I.T. HELL! Happy Friday the 13th to me. It completely drained all my energy. EVERYBODY do not take a 6 week break, EVER. I was shocked to see how much the strenght in my legs had deminished. CRAZY, I was about ready to cry.
Diet totals: 1458 cal. > 116g protein > 175g carbs (OMG,all because I had 1 cup of sweet potatoes and 1 cup of rice for dinner) > 32g fat I had 5 meals today.
Workout:
8 min. cardio (elliptical trainer) warm up
target muscle stretching
-Crunches (3 sets, BW, 20 reps)
-Leg Raises (3 sets; BW, 20-12 reps)
-Oblique Crunches (3 sets; BW, 20 reps per side)
-Smith Machine Squats (4 sets; bar only (25lbs?)-45lbs, 15-10 reps)
-Lep Presses (3 sets; 140-180lbs, 15-10 reps)
-Leg Extensions (3 sets; 30-50lbs; 15-10 reps)
-Leg Curls (3 sets; 40-60lbs; 15-10 reps)
-(DB) Single Leg Calf Raises (2 sets; 20lbs; 12-6 reps)
....I had to stop my workout at this point. I started to feel dizzy and sick. I had nothing left in me. What a shitty day :(

I did the origional workout today since I neede to cover the rest of the muscle groups for my 3 day only workout!
I will take this weekend off I think....
