for my kids too!!!

well i tried walking today.... i started with my goal of 5 miles but my foot only let me make it 2.... but hey i guess 2 is better than nothing.... i am still going to do strength.... this is day 12 and i am starting to feel the routine set in.... and my husband says he can see and feel the difference in my muscle tone.... so that is definitely a good thing..... i have found that i do have more energy and motivation now than i did on day one.... things are starting to get so much easier.... i am thinking that i may only stay at the beginner level for 1 more week and then i am going to bump it up a little..... see if i can challenge myself.... and when i do my exercises my kids are right there with me.... lol... they do the push ups and everything.... so hopefully by me geting healthier they will too.... and they won't have to go through the things that i am going through.....
