i just did my nutritional tracker thing for today.. and i am nowhere near target for any of it.. wow!, i didnt realise that eating the right amount would be really difficult.. looks to me like if i really want to stick to what is proposed i'd have to do that six small meals a day thing..

but right now, with it being exam week and all, its kind of difficult to have proper meals.. there is no food in my fridge, hahaha, plus im at uni studying my head off for my exams.. half the time forgetting that i need to eat.. hahaha..

i promise that i'l start eating properly again after exams are over (which is this saturday hehe..).. and i mean it, i hate disappointing myself when i see that i am not close to target with my nutrition thing..

hopefully i'l do a bit better tomorrow..
