first time

Well i had my first weight lifting session today. took a bit to find the right machines in the gym but eventually i made it through. had a lot of issues with the chest fly machine. I think i was just too tired from the incline press. lol guess ill have to get better at that...

not too sore even though it has been 5 hours or so but i still feel week as my muscle recuperate. Ill probably be real sore tommorow... down to 290 now. 34 done 41 to go...
