Not very happy with myself. Too many things have been going on lately. Been hard to find time to go to the gym. Was suppose to go yesterday but zachary (my youngest) pretty much begged me not to go. was too hard to resist a 4 year old thats just wants to spend time with his dad. Unfortunately that does not help me lose weight or build muscles.
Finally got in there today and had a good workout!
