First Day: Makin' a Change!

So first day on my hopefully consistant and successful workout plan!
Started at about 8 a.m. this morning with about a 45 minutes of the suggested beginner at-home workouts, then decided to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I'm proud of myself there, because while it was only suggested to do ten minutes of running I decided to push myself to go the extra five minutes. Feeling pretty good, just a little sore in the arms...it's been a while since I've done any weight lifting so the push-ups were kicking my butt a bit.
I'm really just hoping I have this same motivation to wake up tomorrow and do it all over again!
Oh and by the way, If you're looking for good music to work out to and you use Pandora radio, check out the Pretty Lights station...Definitely a favorite!
