First day, First blog.

I did really well yesterday, I use my fitbit to keep track for me. It why I had sore calves today and was tired. But still feel I got in a good walk today, 40 active mins and 2.2 miles. I feel I choose poorly again when it comes to eatting. I ate breakfast lunch and dinner total  of 1800 calories.  But I'm looking forward to start the homework out program tomorrow, and hoping it will balance the way I eat and build muscle. Strength and tone are my goal at the moment.
