First day back to the gym after a broken ankle.

I was doing great until early November when I fractured my left ankle. Was in a walking boot and did not work out for about two months. Did physical therapy the last couple of weeks to strengthen my legs a little bit. My legs still feel weak and I get pain in my ankle running about 3/4 mile. I started with some leg weight work. Squats and hamstring curls. Squats were tough and legs were very sore after - I may have to cut the weight down next time. Hamstring curls felt easy by comparison but after the squats I wanted to go lighter on weight. Will increase next week. Ankle feels okay about an hour after workout. Going to ease back into it slowly to avoid injury.
