First day at new gym, first session of new work-out, first training log entry

Chest Legs and Triceps today

Press
1 x 10 warm up set with olympic bar
4 x 8 @ 30k
Incline
1 x 10 warm up set with olympic bar
2 x 8 @ 25k; last two sets only managed 5 reps
Flies
4 x 8 @ 2.5k
Pullovers
4 x 8 @ 10k

Leg Press
2 x 10 @ 40k, warm up
4 x 8 @ 80k
Straight into Calves on leg press machine
4 x 10 @ 80k
Hack Squat
4 x 8 @ 20k (must watch my knees with this one)
Leg Extensions
4 x 10 @ 35k

Close Grip Push Downs
4 x 10 @ 20k (each set increased 5 k)
Push Downs
4 x 10 @ 20k (each set increased 5 k)

There's a couple of the sets I want to increase my reps by 2 on but I'll break myself in first.
Enjoyed the work-out, feeling it a bit now so I think I'll be feeling it all themore in the morning. The gym is good, some friendly people, which makes it all the better.
