I feel very accomplished today.... today is the first day for the rest of my life, because I decided to get off my fat ass and do something about losing the fat! I signed up for a freakin' 1 year plan. I used this great program thru the freebie route, it worked great for me... but now, I need all the help I can get with targeting the right zones to exercise! I've felt powerless for a long time... gained 7 freakin' kg... I sucked in and got on that freakin' scale... that's it..... this changes right now. I'm determined.
