My name is Yolanda Wittmus and this is my first day for my work out plan. I just finished my first workout and I can honestly say that I feel amazing. Exhausted but very amazing.
So a little about me. I am a full time student and a part time employee. I usually don't have a lot of extra time. But when I do I am usually redoing the upstairs of my house. I typically have the upstairs rented out. But since the last renters moved out I decided to redo it so it looks a little better. I recently have gained some weight and I have never been this heavy in my life. I know most people think I am thin but to me I do not like my body. I am 185 pounds and 5ft 4. My main section is my stomach. I want to get healthier and more fit so when I am ready to have children I can then play with them without getting out of breath. I am very glad I found this website. It allows me to do the workouts whenever I want and in my own pace. I am very happy so far.
I hope I get to know some of you and help you with your journey as I hope you do the same with me.
