first day!!

i just set this up and im excited. i did the math and everything and my goal is for me to lose 72 pounds by my bday in april. :)         i am currently 260 pounds and ultimatly would like to weigh between 125-140. its going to be really tough but i really think i can do it. im so excited to see me in april. im not going to stop drinkin pop/soda but i am going to cut out junk food and greasy food. start eating more fresh fruits and veggies less mcds. (basic dieting rules lol) i am also going to exercise 5 out of 7 days. :) im hopefully going to set good examples for my daughter to see, instead of being lazy and sittin on the couch all the time she will see me taking care of myself and getting healthy. each month if i lose the 10 pounds im supposed to lose i will reward myself with 1 junkfood item and 1 new pair of jeans or a hair cut something to go with the new me. :) im really excited. im going to buy a pair of jeans tomorrow and a cute top in a couple sizes too small to inspire me to keep up the good work. once i am able to wear those clothes i will have a girls night with me and my friends to go out to the movies and out for a couple drinks. im currently a size 18 i think i will buy the jeans in a size 12 or 14 and a size large shirt. :)
