First Day

Hello, This is the first time that i've kind of joined an online portal to get me some customised suggestion to tackle my weight issues. I plan to start going to gym frm tommorrow , however do not find myself motoivated enough to start. My husband is very keen on staring gymming with me to motivate me to shed all the excess bagage that i've gained over the years. This has also started affecting my well being and that bothers me a lot. I have a 3 year old daughter and i would like to be much more active and fitter inorder to be able to spend some quality time with her.
I hope to receive continouous motivation as well as customised programs so that i am able to see the progress in my weight issues.

    Good job for taking the first step. It's great that your husband will be motivating you through out the whole process. Although I think that little girl is the only motivation you'll need :)You and your husband will be able to learn health and fitness together and hopefully one day pass it on to your daughter.
